Okay, I love pinterest. I will admit it. At the dallor store
I heard old lady say to on other older lady , "well, I don't go on pinterest but I did see this really neat project where you wrap jute around things".

Why do we like art? What is art? Why do we make art? I remember in college when these questions were proposed to me. I struggled with answer then and still do today.
For me art is like science, so many new ways of seeing and doing things, that ignites you to want to discover it and do it . Trying something new is always exciting but can be scary and hard all at the same time. I think about my father, and his dislike for internet & computers. As, he has just recently jump on google and computer by himself he is doing it. He is being to see a use for it in his own life. Side note; We just have to teach him not to answer the question "What capital of Texas?", even if he knows the answer is Austin. Or not to be concerned that the pop up said 5 people don't like you. It good see him still wanting to learning. That what I like about art is the doing which in turns the learning! My doings or other doings. Visiting my elder neighbor I realized that he may lost his mind, but the many doings he did in life is what made him. See him and him not realizing who I was, was really hard but I new I need to see him. "Do it was must, even if it hard."
Not everyone is good at art, same is not everyone good at basketball (I sure wasn't) but the doing of it brought more to me then not doing it.
So, go ahead and pin it but my motto is better yet, go do it? Why not, what do you have to lose compared to what knowledge you have to gain.
