I enjoy taking my kids to the library and find a good book. The book we read was called, Willow The Snow Dance by Denise Brennan Nelson. We tried out the Snow Day Dance, and it worked. Maybe you could try it out, we all could use a day off.
When the weatherman is predicting the chance of precipitation, follow these directions:
1. Before going to bed put your pajamas on inside out and backwards
2. Tape a penny to your door or put a spoon under your pillow, whichever you prefer. (Did both)
3.Get up on your bed and do a dance. The sillier, The better! (The really enjoyed this.)
5.Get your family to do it with you. The more people that participate the better.
It actually worked, no school! They got to sleep in and watch Disney Channel, which are both super exciting for my kids.
