Growing up in the north, we get the joys and struggles of winter storms. Something about the first snow of the season always gets me excitement. This year I enjoy watching the kids through the window as I held little one in my arms. I told him he would be out there in year with his siblings enjoy it too. Thanks Grandma for the sno- maker it was a lot of fun. You could easily make your own out of squirt bottles, food coloring, and water. What was funny is I had to explain to my kids about yellow snow:) Share early, share often! Liz

I want to make a nice advent wreath but ran out of time, so I thought it is better to have something then nothing. All I did was take a flower pot and went outside and trim so branches off my bushes. Took clothes pins, had kids paint them white and add pink/purple glitter. For the flame just painted foil and wrap it around each week of advent. Share early, share often! Find time to savor the holidays moments- liz

I been throwing together ideas what to do for big sis and big bro to welcome the new baby. Here my ideas,
2. A gift from Little Brother, to them! Just something small they can play with at the hospital room and doesn't over crowd the toy room at home. 3. Big sibling badges from them to wear ALL day. Love the Photo Tex paper, I got paper from Trigon Company a place Milford/Cincinnati area. 4. Gave them own dispensable camera and put them in charge of begin the photographers. Help make them feel important and have fun take pictures at hospital. After baby come home I hope we can spend time as a family sitting down and looking at all memories they captured. 5. Another idea I had but didn't do: a new outfit for everyone to come home in. Share early, share often!
